Pisces Comes to Carnivale

I felt like doing something whimsical and a bit silly for the "Carnivale/Mardi Gras" challenge at . The onlookers are curious, amused and their colorful costumes feel somewhat diminished in light of the lovely Pisces coming with her pet fish.
