The Zentangles Bug Has Bitten

Hello Artists...

I knew it would happen one day, as I've been reading and seeing zentangle art all OVER the place! I decided that since I've been in an artistic "rut" anyway, I'd find out what it was all about. So, I took a class over the weekend and am now enamored of this meditative, free flowing art form. It is SO unlike my usual method of creating. I don't know yet, how many DA folk "tangle" but I AM going to find out. I may even work up the courage to upload my fledgling efforts, once I have some to share.
Anyone else care to comment on this subject?

BTW, here's a reminder of my December challenge at Hope to see many of you join in the game.

I've found inspiration from a song I've sung, titled "Some Dreams Hang in the Air Like Smoke."
I love the imagining and to make this feel more like a Winter Game, we're substituting "smoke" for "snow." I hope you folks will find this intriguing as well. Here are the specs:

1). These is no required stock image OTHER than incorporating snow in your piece. Falling, ground laden, part of the maiden clothing-whatever you dream.
2). Size of cards should work out to 5x7 OR 7x5 this time.
3.) Make sure to credit stockers, and when using digi kits from other groups-please note whose you've utilized.
4.) Due date is December 31st (yes, we have a bit more than a month to allow for holiday craziness...)
5.) Have fun with this challenge but also, strive to do something unique, CHALLENGE yourself!
